Australian Consumer Law · Complete course guide
Follow the complete 9-part course, connect every doctrine and retain a visible source trail back to the official BLAW20003 materials.
Phase one is a complete BLAW20003 knowledge library. It follows all 9 Parts and 20 Seminars, while the knowledge map reconnects concepts that appear in different weeks or legal regimes.
Phase two is a separate Exam Preparation project. It will reuse—not replace—the knowledge library for PIRC answer planning, issue spotting, past-exam analysis and timed practice.
Original XMind export
This is the original 14-branch bilingual mind map. The dedicated knowledge library preserves the full-resolution image and expands branches 1-13 into detailed English and Chinese course notes; branch 14 remains the separate Exam Preparation phase.

A topic is not complete because its headline rule appears. It is complete only when every relevant source and every legal component below has been captured, cross-linked and checked for status.
All 9 Parts and 20 Seminars, including the separately labelled non-examinable tenancy material.
Reading Guide pages, seminar slides, diagrams, course examples, cases, announcements and revision materials.
Scope, rule, elements, exclusions, defences, parties, causation, remedies, penalties and limitation periods.
Case facts and holdings, worked examples, review questions, common traps, cross-links and source references.
No silent omissions
Proposed reforms, superseded figures, source inconsistencies and non-examinable material remain visible, but receive explicit status labels instead of being silently deleted or presented as current law.
Phase two · Separate project
Exam preparation has its own page and production phase. It contains the PIRC method, answer checklists and exam format now, and will later add issue-spotting sheets, remedy decision trees, model structures, the 2024 past exam and timed drills.
The complete course library remains the source of truth for every exam-preparation tool.
The structure and exam method come from the 2026 BLAW20003 Reading Guide, Seminar 1–18 slides, Revision 2026 deck, course announcements and the official 20-seminar schedule.
Finished topic pages will keep four things visibly separate: current law, proposed reform, course examples and non-examinable reference material. Outdated figures or draft reforms in the source pack will not be presented as current law.
